Background

IPSI engaged MarketingHQ in 2017 when they were looking to rebrand the company, update their website and implement on-going marketing activity to drive qualified leads for the sales team.


Working in a complex area with highly technical jargon commonplace, the challenge was to create a marketing platform that would position IPSI as a specialist provider of PCI DSS compliant payment solutions for the enterprise market. 


This project included

 

  • Brand and marketing workshop facilitation.
  • Development of a new brand identity in conjuction with our design partners, Design Fox.
  • New website development with Design Fox, copywriting and key message development.
  • Lead magnet ideation and development.
  • On-going blog content development and promotion.
  • Google advertising implementation and management.

 

The key challenge for MarketingHQ was to develop customer centric messaging that captured the value IPSI provided their customers. 

What did we do?

Our engagement with IPSI began in 2017 with a Brand 360 and Messaging workshop where we developed an understanding of IPSI's key service offerings, their brand and ideal customer.  Our aim was to develop insights that would allow us to develop a new brand identity and marketing messages that would resonate with their ideal customer.


We worked with our design partner, Design Fox to create a new identity and develop a new website that will be the hub of their marketing activity.


For the website, we wrote the copy and created ebooks to attract and capture leads and wrote blog content to target specific keywords to drive organic traffic to the website.


Now, through our on-going relationship with IPSI, we manage all aspects of their marketing from developing new website content, marketing materials, email campaigns and ebook content.

What was the result?

We began our engagement with IPSI in July 2017 and launched their new brand and website in November that year.  In 2018 online traffic to the IPSI website increased by 192% and has grown by a minimum of 65% year on year .  We significantly increased the number of marketing qualified leads via our targeted digital marketing campaigns.
