Background

Remind Mental Health Training was a service arm of the Schizophrenia Fellowship of NSW.  They provided training on mental health to a wide range or organisations such as emergency services and corporate clients. The mental health training market was becoming more competitive and Remind recognised they needed to reinvigorate the organisation with a new brand identity and marketing plan.

What did we do?

Working with our design partner Design Fox, we facilitated a full-day workshop including our Brand 360 and Discovery Workshops to gather insights we needed to begin the project. For the marketing plan, we conducted extensive research into the industry to help us understand customer needs and the value of mental health training.

Through our research, we learnt there was a lot of stigma and fear associated with mental health.  This came from a lack of understanding of what can cause mental health issues.  It became clear that the brand and marketing messaging needed to help change perceptions with a new brand identity.  We wanted to create a brand the team of Remind could be proud of and would help them change these perceptions.

What was the result?

Design Fox developed the new brand identity that was universally embraced by the team at Remind and the marketing plan provided a clear marketing direction for the organisation.
